- 🥩 250g beef for soup
- 🧅 3 green onions
- 🥗 1 piece radish
- 7 cups anchovy kelp broth
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Marinate the beef with 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well.
Prepare 7 cups of anchovy kelp broth.
Cut 3 green onions into large pieces and slice 1 piece of radish into thin slices.
In a pot, sauté the marinated beef and sliced radish over medium-low heat until the beef turns white.
Add 7 cups of anchovy kelp broth to the pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 12 minutes.
Add the green onions to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Then, season with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, and 1/2 tbsp salt. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
