Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp BBQ sauce
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, mix the beef with sake and BBQ sauce, massaging the marinade into the meat.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until the beef changes color and is cooked through. Add kimchi and stir briefly to combine.
Arrange the salad mix on a serving plate, top with the cooked beef and kimchi mixture, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
