Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (80g), sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
Liquid
- 💧 100ml water
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Slice the king oyster mushroom and onion into thin pieces.
Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add beef and grated ginger, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the sliced king oyster mushroom and onion to the pan, stir-fry until softened, then add water and bring to a boil.
Add soy sauce, mirin, and dashi powder, then simmer on low heat for 7-8 minutes. Dissolve miso into the mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
