INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
- 50g chives
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Season the beef with sake, salt, and pepper. Massage the seasoning into the beef and coat it with cornstarch.
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into quarters lengthwise, then halve them horizontally. Trim the chives and cut them into 4cm pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, doubanjiang) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Then add the chives and sauce mixture, and stir-fry briefly.
