Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef belly
Vegetables
- 200g lotus root, sliced
- 4 green beans, diagonally sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the lotus root into half-moon slices (5mm thick) and soak in water. Drain well. Slice the green beans diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the lotus root and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry until the lotus root becomes slightly translucent. Add the sauce ingredients and mix well.
