INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥩 120g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 🧅 2 stalks chopped green onion
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang

ÉTAPES
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and slice the green onions diagonally into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the beef with the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame seeds, sesame oil) and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat, add the minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color. Then add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry for about 1 minute until the beef is fully cooked.
In a separate bowl, combine the cooked rice, stir-fried beef and mushrooms, and green onions. Mix well.
