- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🧅 1 medium onion
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the onion in half vertically, place the cut side down, and slice into 5mm thick pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (garlic, sake, sugar, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Add the beef and onion to the sauce mixture, and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the marinated beef and onion, and stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent and the beef is cooked through.
