Main Ingredients
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g), cut into sticks
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the potato into 7mm thick sticks and soak in water. Drain well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and stir-fry until it becomes translucent.
Add the beef to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through. Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, butter, salt, and pepper) and mix well. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
