Essential Ingredients
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/5 carrot, sliced
- 🥩 100g beef
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 50ml water
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 300ml water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Marinate the beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, and 1 tbsp cooking wine in a bowl.
In a pan, stir-fry the marinated beef until browned, then add sliced onion and carrot.
Once the onion turns translucent, add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1/2 tbsp sugar to season the mixture.
Pour 300ml water into the pan and bring to a boil.
Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 50ml water in a bowl, then add to the pan while stirring to thicken the sauce.
Turn off the heat and finish with a pinch of black pepper and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
