INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), diced
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced into 2cm cubes
Seasoning
- Flour, as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 200cc water
ÉTAPES
Coat the sliced beef with flour.
Slice the onion, dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Dice the tomato into 2cm cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the beef and grated garlic, and sauté until the beef changes color.
Add the onion and sauté until coated with oil. Then add the potatoes and continue sautéing until the onion softens.
Add the tomato and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, and water). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
