INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced into wedges
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp salad oil
- A pinch of pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut tomatoes into slightly larger wedges than bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion into 1cm wedges after removing the stem.
Crush the garlic clove with the flat side of a knife.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add onion to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until it starts to become translucent.
Add tomatoes, mix gently, then pour in the sauce and sprinkle with pepper. Stir-fry to combine.
