- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers
- 🍅 1 tomato

- 30g mung bean vermicelli

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 200cc water
ÉTAPES
Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and slice them thinly. Cut the tomato in half, remove the stem, and slice into 8 wedges.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the beef. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, garlic, chicken broth powder, and water) to the pan and bring to a boil. Push the beef to the side and add the bell peppers, tomato, and vermicelli. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until the vermicelli softens, following the package instructions.
