Rice
- 🍚 500g white rice
- 💧 500ml water
Beef
- 🥩 500g beef belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp allulose
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash 500g of white rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Thinly slice 1/2 stalk of green onion.
Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pot, add the soaked rice and 2 tbsp soy sauce, and stir-fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add 500ml water to the pot and bring it to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
While the rice cooks, pan-fry 500g beef belly until lightly browned. Drain excess oil using a paper towel.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 2 tbsp oyster sauce to the beef, stir-fry until evenly coated, then drizzle 2 tbsp allulose for a touch of sweetness.
Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper over the beef and mix well.
Once the rice is cooked, layer the stir-fried beef and sliced green onion on top. Cover the pot and let it rest for 10 minutes.
