- 🍄 40g enoki mushrooms
- 🌱 150g bean sprouts
- 🍃 10 perilla leaves
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 minced green chili
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut chives to match the length of enoki mushrooms.
Place perilla leaves, chives, and enoki mushrooms on beef brisket slices and roll them tightly.
Coat the beef rolls with cornstarch.
Place bean sprouts at the bottom of a steamer and arrange the beef rolls on top.
Steam for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
