INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp beef broth powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Cut the lemon into wedges.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and add the chicken. Massage the mixture into the chicken and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Add the flour and potato starch to the marinated chicken and mix well.
Heat 2cm of salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the chicken pieces over medium heat for 4–5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve the fried chicken on a plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
