INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 80g bean sprouts
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
- 🥬 50g spinach
Seasonings
- 1 tsp beef broth powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Julienne the carrot. Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the carrot and bean sprouts for 1–2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
In the same pot, boil the spinach for 1 minute. Transfer to cold water, drain, and cut into 4cm pieces.
Mix the seasonings (beef broth powder, sesame oil, ground sesame, and salt) in a bowl. Add the cooked vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
