- 100g buckwheat noodles
- 1 cup ground beef
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧅 5 stalks green onion

Beef Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 a small amount of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- a pinch of black pepper
- a small amount of sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onions into small pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry minced garlic and ground beef.
Add soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, black pepper, and sesame oil to the beef and stir-fry thoroughly.
Boil the buckwheat noodles for 6-7 minutes, then rinse them thoroughly in cold water.
In a bowl, layer the buckwheat noodles, green onions, stir-fried beef, egg yolk, and chili powder.
