Main
- 200g sliced beef
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- sufficient amount of flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- sufficient amount of salad oil
Seasoning for Beef
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp flour
For Garnish
- 1 tbsp medium-thick sauce
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
ÉTAPES
Place the beef in a bowl, add sake, salt, and pepper, and knead well. Add flour and knead again. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties about 1.5 cm thick.
Mix breadcrumbs and thyme in a tray to create herb breadcrumbs.
Lightly coat the beef patties with flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with herb breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, about 3 cm deep. Fry the beef patties without moving them for about 2 minutes until the breadcrumbs set. Flip and fry both sides until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Serve on a plate, drizzle with medium-thick sauce, and garnish with lemon wedges.
