- 🥩 200g minced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, finely chopped
Condiments
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 7 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp plum extract
- A pinch of ginger powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare 200g of minced beef and remove excess blood using a paper towel.
Finely chop 1/4 onion and 1/4 stalk of green onion, then place them in a mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp minced garlic to the bowl, then mix to marinate the beef.
Add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp plum extract, and a pinch of ginger powder to the mixture and combine well.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef mixture until the moisture evaporates and the beef is cooked through.
Add 7 tbsp gochujang and 1 tbsp corn syrup to the pan, adjusting the amount of gochujang to taste.
Cook on low heat until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp honey and a pinch of sesame seeds to finish.
