INGRÉDIENTS
Hamburg Steak
- 🍖 250g ground beef
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Curry Sauce
- 40g curry roux (2 blocks)
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 💧 150cc water
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk. Add ground beef and salt and pepper, then mix until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties while removing air.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 2 minutes until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 7–8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from pan.
In a microwave-safe container, combine curry roux, milk, and water. Heat uncovered at 600W for about 1 minute 30 seconds until the roux melts, then mix well.
Plate the hamburg steaks and pour the curry sauce over them.
