ÉTAPES
Slice the radish into slightly thick matchsticks.
Prepare beef cuts suitable for soup, such as brisket or shank.
Slice the green onion into thick pieces.
Mix perilla seed powder with a bit of water to create a slurry.
Add radish slices to a pot, pour kelp stock or water until submerged, and bring to a boil.
Add beef, minced garlic, and salt to the pot, and boil for 10 minutes.
Add sliced green onions and the perilla seed slurry, mix well, and boil for an additional 5 minutes.
