- 🥔 300g radish

ÉTAPES
Peel the radish and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Fill half of a 3L pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the beef.
Skim off any foam or fat that rises to the surface as the beef cooks.
Add the radish, minced garlic, ground pepper, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the perilla powder and stir well to dissolve without clumping.
Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, then serve hot.
