INGRÉDIENTS
Beef
- 🥩 8 slices of thinly sliced beef (200g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- Flour as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 1 tbsp unsalted butter
Red Wine Sauce
- 🍷 100cc red wine
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Lay 2 slices of beef vertically, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and flour, then roll tightly from the edge.
Repeat the process, layering another 2 slices of beef, sprinkling with salt, pepper, and flour, and rolling over the first roll. Continue until a single roll is formed. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Cut the roll into 8 equal portions and lightly coat each piece with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the beef pieces, and cook until browned on both sides. Cover and steam on low heat for about 3 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the beef from the pan, add the red wine sauce ingredients, and simmer over medium heat until thickened. Stir in butter until melted. Serve the beef rolls with the sauce drizzled on top.
