INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 10 slices thinly sliced beef (200g)
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, cut into sticks
- 7cm daikon (210g), cut into sticks
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 50cc sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the carrot and daikon into 7mm thick sticks.
Boil the carrot and daikon in water for 2–3 minutes, drain, and let cool.
Lay out the beef slices, sprinkle with salt, and dust with flour. Place two sticks each of carrot and daikon on the beef and roll tightly.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook, turning until browned evenly. Add the seasoning mixture and simmer until coated.
Cut the rolls in half and serve on a plate.
