INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 120g beef
- 180g soaked seaweed
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Use a paper towel to remove excess blood from the beef.
Cut the beef into small pieces.
Mince the garlic.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the beef.
Add the soaked seaweed and a pinch of salt, then stir-fry together for about 4 minutes on medium heat.
Pour in 800ml of water and bring to a boil. Add minced garlic and soy sauce to season.
Reduce the heat and simmer for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
