INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 150g grated daikon radish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Peel the eggplants in stripes, cut them lengthwise into halves, and wrap each piece in plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 2–3 minutes, then cool in water while still wrapped.
Slice the cooled eggplants diagonally into 1cm pieces. Peel and grate the daikon radish, lightly squeezing out excess water.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, reduce to low heat, and cook the beef slices one by one until their color changes. Remove immediately.
Mix sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the soy vinegar sauce.
Arrange the eggplant, beef, and grated daikon radish on a plate. Drizzle with soy vinegar sauce and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
