- 🥩 300g fatty beef block
Vegetables
- 2 pieces of ginger, julienned
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 50cc sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Julienne the ginger.
Cut the beef into 1.5cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add the beef, and stir-fry until the color changes. Remove excess fat with a paper towel, then add the seasoning ingredients and ginger.
Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Uncover the pan and simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens and reduces.
