- 300g beef sirloin steak
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🍄 6 mushrooms
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 50ml red wine
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Season the beef sirloin steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest while preparing the sauce.
In the same pan, sauté chopped onion, garlic, and mushrooms until softened.
Add red wine, butter, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Steam the broccoli until tender and serve alongside the steak.
Pour the red wine sauce over the steak and serve hot.
