- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🍅 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup baby leaf greens
- 1 tbsp salted green onion sauce
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Salted Green Onion Sauce
- 🧅 70g minced green onion
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 6 tbsp sake
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare the salted green onion sauce by mixing minced green onion, chicken stock powder, salt, salad oil, sake, and black pepper in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the beef steak to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
Pour the salted green onion sauce around the edge of the pan and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Plate the steak with diced tomatoes and baby leaf greens as garnish.
