INGRÉDIENTS
Beef Marinade
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of pepper
Spicy Gochujang Sauce
- 6 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Main Ingredients
- 200g minced beef
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 10cm green onion, finely chopped
ÉTAPES
Marinate the minced beef with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, cooking wine, and a pinch of pepper for 10-15 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and green onion. Use a food processor if needed.
Mix gochujang, oligosaccharide, and sesame oil to prepare the spicy sauce.
Heat a pan with a mix of sesame oil and cooking oil.
Sauté the chopped onion and green onion until fragrant.
Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry on low heat, breaking up any clumps.
Sprinkle a bit of pepper and cook until the beef loses its pink color.
Add the spicy gochujang sauce to the beef and mix well. Simmer on low heat until thickened.
