INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 10cm burdock root, sliced thinly
- 10cm leek, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice burdock root thinly and soak in water to remove bitterness. Drain water. Slice leek thinly.
Heat half of the salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Add burdock root and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add leek to the pan and cook until softened. Add sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Remove from pan.
Clean the pan and heat the remaining salad oil. Pour in beaten eggs and cook until semi-set. Place the cooked beef mixture on the eggs and fold the edges over the filling.
Transfer the omelette to a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
