Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
- 🍅 1/4 tomato (50g)
- 1/2 bell pepper (15g)
- 10g cilantro
- 2 lettuce leaves (60g)
Spices & Oils
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
Guacamole Seasoning
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
Salsa Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Mash the avocado in a bowl using a fork and mix with the guacamole seasoning ingredients.
Finely chop the onion, tomato, bell pepper, and cilantro.
Combine the chopped vegetables with salsa seasoning ingredients in a bowl to make salsa. Slice the lettuce into thin strips.
Heat olive oil and cumin seeds in a pan over low heat for 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook over medium heat, pressing with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Heat a separate pan and lightly toast each tortilla on both sides over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Assemble the tacos by layering lettuce, cooked beef, guacamole, and salsa on each tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half to serve.
