- 1/2 yellow paprika, sliced

- 1 handful of chives
- 🍄 1/2 pack of enoki mushrooms
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- A pinch of pepper
- Mustard to taste
ÉTAPES
Marinate the beef slices with sesame oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, vinegar, pepper, and mustard.
Lay a slice of beef flat, place enoki mushrooms, chives, paprika slices, and onion on top, then roll tightly.
