- 1/4 red bell pepper (40g), sliced
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper (40g), sliced

- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained

- 🧴 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the green, red, and yellow bell peppers into thin strips. Drain the canned tuna.
Place the sliced bell peppers in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain any excess water.
Combine the microwaved peppers, tuna, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
