Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Fish
- 🐟 180g sashimi-grade Bincho tuna
Herbs
- 2 shiso leaves
Condiments
- To taste white sesame seeds
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
In a microwave-safe container, add sake and mirin. Heat uncovered at 600W for 40 seconds to 1 minute to evaporate alcohol. Let cool, then mix in soy sauce, grated ginger, and grated garlic to make the marinade.
Place the Bincho tuna in a bowl and pour the marinade over it. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve rice in bowls, top with shiso leaves and marinated tuna. Sprinkle white sesame seeds to finish.
