INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl warm rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/2 myoga thinly sliced
- 3 shiso leaves thinly sliced
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds as needed
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the myoga and shiso leaves.
Mix warm rice, sliced myoga, shiso leaves, and white sesame seeds in a bowl.
Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into bite-sized oval rice balls. Wrap each rice ball with a slice of pork belly.
Place the wrapped rice balls seam-side down in a heated pan. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally until browned. Add the seasoning mixture and coat well.
