Meat
- 🐖 200g pork slices
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Coating
- 🌾 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌾 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🍞 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
Cooking Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying

- Worcestershire sauce to taste
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, mix pork slices, 2 tsp flour, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Take 1/6 of the mixture and shape into bite-sized balls.
In another bowl, whisk the egg, then mix in 3 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp water. Dip the pork balls into the mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat 2 cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Fry the coated pork balls for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
