INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 300g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion (200g), finely chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Fruits
- 20g raisins
- 20g dried apricots, chopped

- 🌰 10g almond slices
Dairy
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Spices
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp allspice
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- a pinch of black pepper
Sweeteners
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Bread
- 🍞 1 slice of bread

- 2 bay leaves
ÉTAPES
Tear the bread into small pieces and soak it in 100cc of milk until absorbed.
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Chop the dried apricots into small pieces.
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and onion, and sauté over low heat for 8–10 minutes until translucent. Add curry powder, turmeric, brown sugar, and grated ginger, and mix well. Let it cool.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, raisins, dried apricots, almond slices, soaked bread, and the sautéed onion mixture. Combine thoroughly.
In another bowl, whisk eggs and 50cc of milk together.
Press the meat mixture into a baking dish, flattening it with a spoon. Pour the egg mixture over the top and place bay leaves on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25–30 minutes.
