- 🦑 1 squid (150g)
Vegetables
- 1/4 bunch mizuna
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Condiments
- 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Carefully remove the squid's innards and tentacles.
Cut below the squid's eyes and remove the beak by hand.
Open the tentacles and scrape off the suction cups by hand. Remove the cartilage from the body.
Cut the tentacles into bite-sized pieces and slice the body into 2cm rings.
Boil water in a pot, add the squid, and cook for 1 minute. Remove and let cool.
Mix soy sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Combine squid, mizuna, and cherry tomatoes in the bowl and toss.
