INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 4 headless shrimp (60g)
- 🐟 1 cod fillet (100g)
- 🦑 80g sliced squid
- 🐚 100g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
- 🌿 1/2 celery stalk (50g), minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🍷 50cc white wine
- 💧 100cc water
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍃 1 bay leaf
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion, celery, and garlic. Remove the core from the garlic before mincing.
Devein the shrimp using a skewer, rinse with water, and pat dry. Cut the cod fillet in half.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Place the shrimp, cod, squid, clams, onion, celery, garlic, and prepared sauce into the pressure cooker.
Set the pressure cooker timer to 5 minutes. Once the pressure is released and the valve drops, open the lid.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
