INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 400g beef brisket block
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
- 1 celery stalk, minced (100g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Chopped parsley, as needed
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 50cc red wine
- 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and celery.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly brown the beef on medium heat. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, sauté the onion on medium heat until softened. Return the beef to the pan, add celery and the tomato sauce ingredients, and mix well.
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes until thickened. Add salt and mix.
Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
