- 🥔 4 medium potatoes
- 100g bok choy
Seasonings
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 0.5 tbsp gochujang
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- A small amount of vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients by washing and cutting as needed.
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes until lightly coated.
Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan and simmer the potatoes for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, corn syrup, oyster sauce, and garlic, then add to the pan.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring to coat the potatoes evenly.
Add bok choy and stir-fry until wilted.
Add cooking wine and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil, pepper, and sesame seeds.
