INGRÉDIENTS

- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 350g daikon, sliced
- 🌱 1 slice of ginger
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Slice the daikon into 2cm thick rounds, peel the skin, and cut each round in half. Thinly slice the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken wings and cook until browned on all sides.
Add water, sake, sugar, daikon, and ginger to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add ponzu sauce to the pan, cover again, and simmer for another 15 minutes.
