- 3 croakers
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 2 green chilies
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- A small amount of black pepper
- 💧 2 cups water
ÉTAPES
Prepare the croakers by trimming the fins with scissors and removing the scales using the back of a knife. Rinse thoroughly.
Slice the green onion and green chilies diagonally. Peel and cut the potatoes into thick thirds.
Mix 1 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp perilla oil, and a small amount of black pepper to create the seasoning sauce.
Place the potatoes at the bottom of a pot, layer the croakers on top, and add the seasoning sauce, green onion, and green chilies. Pour in 2 cups of water.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Occasionally spoon the sauce over the croakers.
