INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🎃 2 mini pumpkins
- 🥦 1 broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasoning
- 💧 70ml water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash mini pumpkins and broccoli in water mixed with 1 tbsp vinegar, then rinse under running water. Remove pumpkin skin and seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces along with broccoli and onion. Slice green onion thinly.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to prepare the braising sauce.
Place the chopped vegetables and sauce into a pan and mix evenly over medium heat.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
Once the vegetables are cooked, stir them with the sauce until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.
