- 800g pork spare ribs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 200ml red wine
- 💧 100ml water
- 1 can demi-glace sauce
- 1 bay leaf
ÉTAPES
Cut the onion into wedges and mince the garlic.
Pat the pork spare ribs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pressure cooker over low heat until fragrant. Add the ribs and sear both sides until browned. Add the onion and sauté until coated with fat.
Add all sauce ingredients, mix well, and close the lid. Heat on medium until pressure builds, then cook on low pressure for 15 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
