INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Meat
- 🍖 70g braised pork
Vegetables
- 45g burdock root, shaved
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 💧 Water, as needed
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 50cc braised pork sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the braised pork into bite-sized pieces.
Shave the burdock root and soak it in water. Drain well.
In the rice cooker, add the soaked rice, sesame oil, braised pork sauce, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Place the salt, burdock root, and braised pork on top of the rice. Start the rice cooker on the regular cooking setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and serve in bowls. Garnish with chopped green onion.
