INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🥕 300g grated daikon
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 100ml water
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Topping
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
ÉTAPES
Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt. Coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the yellowtail on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add the grated daikon, soy sauce, ginger, and water to the pan. Mix and bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
