INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
- 🥬 150g grated daikon
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Seasoning
- 1 plum, pitted and mashed
- 1 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 100ml water
Garnish
- Chopped kaiware sprouts, a small amount
ÉTAPES
Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water. Pit the plum and mash it with a knife.
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces and marinate in a bowl with sake, soy sauce, and ginger for 10 minutes. Add potato starch and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the yellowtail until golden brown on both sides. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add grated daikon and the seasoning ingredients (plum, noodle sauce, water) to the pan. Bring to a boil, then serve on a plate and garnish with chopped kaiware sprouts.
