INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 10 pods broad beans
- 🦐 50g peeled shrimp
- Enough salad oil for frying
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Batter
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Remove broad beans from their pods. Make a shallow cut on the opposite side of the black part and peel the skin. Cut peeled shrimp into 1cm pieces.
Mix all batter ingredients in a bowl.
Add the prepared beans and shrimp to the batter and mix well.
Heat salad oil to 170°C. Using a spoon, divide the mixture into 6 portions and fry. Flip when the surface sets, and fry until golden and crispy. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
